eUSCOLD®
Online services provide secure Internet access to customer
information 24-hours a day. Customers can access information
about inventories, order status, order tracking, schedules,
lot histories, receipt verification, obtain reports

Management
Information System
All USCS facilities operate
on a nationwide network of IBM AS 400 mainframe computers
running USCS customized software. The USCS developed
programs manage all aspects of inventory management,
including radio frequency (RF) information transmission,
bar code scanning, customer service functions, transportation
software, interfacing with eUSCOLD® online services,
billing, accounts receivable and more.
Electronic Data Interchange
EDI capability
is used to transmit and update orders, confirm shipments,
report inventory status and perform other electronic
interchanges with our customers. When these services
are requested, USCS computer programmers work directly
with our customers to develop and tailor specific needs
and program accordingly.
TASKMASTER
This event driven software system automatically
assigns tasks to the warehouse staff on a priority basis,
creating efficient warehouse movement of products.
RF/Bar Code Scanning
These technologies allow for quick and paperless transmission
of inventory and order status information to central
computers for immediate and accurate tracking and updates.
